Cannot download and install Microsoft Authenticator in *removed*

Dear Microsoft team

We have tried your recommended options for utilising Authenticator in *removed* as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/download-microsoft-authenticator-in-china-ebbef05c-a429-4236-8570-1bb1900fec35#:%7E:text=The%20Microsoft%20Authenticator%20app%20for,from%20other%20Chinese%20app%20marketplaces, however with no luck for the user. Do you have any alternative recommendations that you know works and is implemented in *removed*
