Dear support,
I´m trying to access my Certificates/Transcripts from the My Dashboard page but again and again get just an error message:
500 - The request timed out.
The web server failed to respond within the specified time.
I tried it several times during last 3 weeks, from different browsers and also in anonymous/InPrivate modes, but no chance to get the data.
Can you help me please? What should I do?
