Cannot Open the registered email account.

               

Hi Team,                                                                                                                      

I have received a voucher for training Featured training for exam AZ-900 and I redeem the voucher by using mail id k*******@h*****.com and scheduled the exam on 24th July 2020. But now I cannot open this email as it is not accepting my password. As stated I will receive all the information on that email only. So please assist me how can I take the training can I change the mail id then how..? or else can you provide the link or details on any other mail id. Please assist.

I have contacted support team(http://www.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact/.) as per email from (Vijay Dhigamarthi (Allyis Inc) <v-****@microsoft.com>). They informed me that they cannot update the mail details in my account.

Even I cannot access my mail account which I have registered. Please help me to reset the password of that account(k*****@hotmail.com) or please enable me to update the mail details with another mail id.
