I believe the issues have been resolved yet I still cannot schedule. I am using an InPrivate edge browser, but am receiving an error message attached. I am signing in with the same MS login that was used to complete the challenge.
Please note School/work email address cannot be used as a login credentials to obtain access to your dashboard and can’t be used to register for exam. Please try scheduling the exam with the different email address (e.g., Hotmail.com).
Please make sure to use a Microsoft account/personal email to sign in and that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.
As a workaround, you may follow the steps provided below:
1. Open a registration window
2. Press F12 function key
3. Once you see a Developer Tool window popping up on the screen
4. Click on "Network Tab"
5. Clear the session (Please find highlighted in screenshot)
6. Refresh the screen
7. Try registering the exam
If you are getting the same messaging, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) while you are following the provided work around, from the time you have signed in and until it shows the error and attach it via private message along with the information needed to verify your profile. This will help us isolate the issue.
You may refer to the image below to access its interface.
I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
