Cannot sign-in to Microsoft Learn

When I visit Microsoft Learn, klick on Sign In and then log in with my credentials,

I get redirected to Microsoft Learn but I am not logged in.


I cannot save any progress with my Azure Learning Path

and the Page still shows the Button Sign In.


Any ideas how I can repair my account?


I tried to remove and readd my email and to reset my password in vain.

In this case, we kindly suggest that you follow some basic troubleshooting steps before attempting to access your profile.

  • Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g., Edge)

  • Clear cache and cookies.

  • Make sure you check Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.

  • On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.

  • Allow all third - party cookies through the browser settings.

  • Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.

Thanks, it appears to be a local problem with my computer. I could successfully sign-in on another machine.
