I have linked my personal account to my employee account at Microsoft. When I go to the page Exam discounts and check my eligibility I get the message that another account is already linked to my Microsoft account but this is not true. The system doesn't provide me with the discount then.

The error you are encountering was due to linking email to a different profile. Please make sure to log in using your Microsoft Account in order to take advantage of the offer. You may visit Vouchers and Redeeming Discounts for more information upon redeeming your discount.
You may also try the troubleshooting steps below to eliminate the error that you are experiencing:
1. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox)
2. Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito
3. Clear browser cache and cookies
4. Allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings
5. Sign back in to your Microsoft Certification profile and try to update/schedule your exam.
For immediate assistance, you may also contact ESI support team as they handle concerns related to company/employee issued discounts.
You may contact them by logging in with your work account and creating a ticket through http://esisupport.microsoft.com/ to check on the discount.
If the steps that were mentioned do not resolve your issue, please send us a step by step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) starting from the steps above and until you received the error.
