i nedd to assign a new personal account in microsoft learn to connect my certifications with my work account, but i cant delete the current personal account and i cant add a new one

We appreciate your response over Private Message.
When we attempted to Merge your Accounts, the operation failed due to an error.
The MCID that would have disappeared is connected to an active Microsoft Learn Profile. The options to proceed with your case are:
We switch the MCID’s and you would keep the secondary one.
Leave the Accounts unmerged.
Delete the Learn Profile.
If you choose option three, please follow these steps:
Please go to the following link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/
Log in with the email that you want to delete.
Click on the “Settings” option on the left side.
Scroll down and select the option “Delete profile”
By deleting your Learn profile all your certifications, exams, and badge from MCP will be safe, but the badges from Learn and XP will be lost.
Please let us know if these steps worked for you. If no response is received within one business day, we will proceed to close and lock this case, as well as this Private Message thread.
