Can't download certificate

It seems I (still?) cannot download my Azure Fundamentals certificate after passing the exam on december 19 2019.

Does it have to do anything with the fact that the ID on the https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate is different than the one on the learning dashboard? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

Details like candidate ID and used email adresses can be provided via private messages.

Hi Whizzer.

 

“Regarding your issue in downloading your transcript, this should be resolved now. Please go to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and try again. Should you continue to experience the same issue, follow the steps provided below.

 

1.            Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito.

2.            Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

3.            If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) via private message so we may continue troubleshooting with you.”
