In your exam order confirmation, the candidate details should match the information on your certification profile. Also, an option to launch/initiate the exam is available on your email confirmation.
If you already missed the exam, it’s no longer available on your Appointments for rescheduling. You may view your exam history under Exam Providers and you need to schedule a new appointment to take the exam with regular exam fees applied.
In this case, you’ll be needing to contact your exam provider for immediate assistance in rescheduling your exam.
