can't open PDF for AZ-900 ceritefication

dear All;

I can't be able to open the AZ-900  certification PDF format. on the date of *******, I have been certified AZ-900 but till now can't open the pdf format either using Microsoft edge or adobe thus, kindly request you to adjust swiftly.
