PearsonVUE support states that I do not have an account and that I should contact Microsoft. I am MCP ID # removed and have taken VMware exams with them before, so I'm not sure why it is not working properly. What do I need to do to complete the registration process?
More: I get an error when I try to schedule AZ-900. After confirming my profile on the Microsoft Learning page, I click the "Go to Pearson VUE" button under the 'Continue scheduling exam' section and get the error "We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam".
