Captcha Error

I have the same issue. I confirmed its IP based. If i loging to another ISP im fine. I kept refreshing the pearson vue page to see if the time i wanted for an exam someone dropped to become available. So i guess in doing so PeasonVue thought i was a bot. Now i have the exact seem issue as TheBMAN33 stated.

The Captcha repeats endlessly. 

I have tried multiple different browers, and clearing the cache in each one.  I've also confirmed with my ISP that they are not blocking anything on their end.  I never had an issue with this until yesterday. 

There  has to be a way around this because now that someone else has the same identical issue that flags a serious problem for test takers.

Hi Carlos, 

 

Could you please try the below steps:

Please sign-in and sign out from the profile

Then try resetting the browser.

Open browser in in-private mode and then login to your account
