I am unable to give my exam in the scheduled time and lost my money voucher, as its a technical glitch, need my voucher so that I can reschedule my exam.

Thank you for your patience with regards to this matter.

 

Our Support Team was asking for your resolution preference, if you would like to reschedule the exam at no cost or if you prefer to be given a free exam voucher to be used for any future exam.

 

Once I receive your answer, I will revert it back to our Support Team so they can come up in providing you the resolution.
