Catalog Partner University empty

I'm a global admin at my Partner Center website.

When I click/go to (in the partner center) to Solutions - Modern Work SMB - Skills - Teams Meeting & Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment, it redirects me to https://partneruniversity.microsoft.com/?whr=uri:MicrosoftAccount&courseId=18819&scoId=AEFzAQFhH_2013787008

Although
 I have a MS learn account which is connected to the correct MCP, I still get an error.

When I open the admin site on the partner university website, I get this error:

Upon checking the screenshots and the error message, we found out that the issue is beyond our scope of support, I would kindly request you to reach out to Certification/training support team. So that they would be able to assist you further.
 
How to contact/reach out certification support team.

  1. Go to the Microsoft Certification Support forum: Results in Microsoft Certification - Training, Certification, and Program Support

  2. Click on "Ask a Question" at the top of the page.

  3. Submit your request. An agent will engage you in a Private Messaging session to verify your personal information and assist further.

To better assist you, we kindly invite you to check: How to link or unlink a Microsoft Certification profile ID (MCID) to a Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) account.

Although we have notice that you are having issues with your Certification profile. We will be happy to help you.

We have initiated a Private Message where we will request further information about your account in order to complete the evaluation process. You can access this private message on the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below:

To protect your data, send the information over the Private Message and once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates.
