I'm a global admin at my Partner Center website.
When I click/go to (in the partner center) to Solutions - Modern Work SMB - Skills - Teams Meeting & Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment, it redirects me to https://partneruniversity.microsoft.com/?whr=uri:MicrosoftAccount&courseId=18819&scoId=AEFzAQFhH_2013787008
Although I have a MS learn account which is connected to the correct MCP, I still get an error.

When I open the admin site on the partner university website, I get this error:
