Cert Badge for Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Operating System Fundamentals

Hi there,

On my official Microsoft transcript I have this certification.

Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Operating System Fundamentals**************

Unfortunately I do not seem to have a corresponding badge that I can share. Other exams in the MTA series that I passed in 2014 have been given access to a badge.

Please let me know if you require any more information?

Hello, David.

Here at Microsoft’s Forums Center, we hope this message finds you well.

We want to thank you so much for the information you have provided over direct communication, we really appreciate it.

Looking over your information we can see all your respected certifications in your account, we see that your exams were done with our old Microsoft Partners test center Prometric. In this case you need to go with Prometric to see you badges.

Based on the date that you passed the Exam with Prometric, we are telling you to check with them first because maybe they still have your badge. On the date Prometric no longer was part of our Exam provider program they should have send all information to our new Partner which is Acclaim. Since you have gone to Acclaim and the badge is not there please go to Prometric to see if it is there. If it is not there please let us know.

Hi David,

These are Microsoft Badges; surely someone in Microsoft should be able to go to Prometric and investigate on my behalf?

In 2014 I did three exams with Prometric, two of those exams provided badges to Acclaim, Microsoft's awarding partner.

Microsoft contracted Prometric to provide the testing so it falls back on Microsoft I believe to chase the third badge that was not provided.

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong here?

BR,

David.
