There was an update last February 1, 2019 about Microsoft Certified Professional certification will no longer available.

When you pass an exam, it will be added to your transcript, however you won’t be able to download the certificate until you successfully completed the whole certification.

For the email notification from Microsoft when you pass the exam. The email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 24-48 hours after you pass the exam.

Please also check your junk and spam folder as sometimes the email is being routed in these folders.
