Certificate download issue - please re-open the case

Hi there, I cannot download my certificates from

https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate

It allows me to select and download both certificates as one PDF, but the file cannot be open by PDF reader software or even previewed in Windows explorer. Please assist as I need those documents ASAP.

As we understand you are trying to download your certificate as a PDF.

In this case, please follow the steps below to rule out browser-related issues:

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  2. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  3. Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.

  4. Log in using the email address you used to take the exam.

  5. Go to download your certification.

If the previous steps does not work, we highly recommend to download your certificate in a Zip format after you have the file please click on it and your Certificate will be there as a PDF.

If the information was useful please click on “Yes” and the thread will be automatically -closed and locked.

We are going to request you some more information via Private Message. Please let us know in case you need to visualize others certifications and we will happy to help you by sending all the information that you need to your Email.

Take into account that if we do not get an answer after two business days, the thread will be locked and closed, once it happen you cannot reply.
