Thank you for sharing the additional information, we have checked in our system and we found your Exams and titles. Your Certification profile is working properly.
Nevertheless, to proceed and view Certifications that you have achieved with Certiport please Contact them by clicking on the following link Certiport Support.
Kindly, please follow these steps to get the Certification.
Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu.
Select the Reports tab.
Click Print Certificates.
Select the program you wish to print from the drop down box, or select Any Program.
Select the date range. You may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click Search.
All available certificates will display. Check the box for the exams you wish to print, and click Print Certificates.
Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate.

Remember, if you achieved a Certification with Certiport, all Exams and Certifications achieved through Certiport, it will be only visible in their platform. However, if you want to visualize these results in Your Dashboard, you may see them in the Transcript.
