Certificate language in Chinese

Hi,

I have cleared Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification. However, I have received the email about the successful completion from Microsoft in Chinese language. I have taken the exam in English and checked my profile which is set to English, wondering why did I receive email in Chinese. May I request you to send me an email in English.

I had created another query but I didn’t receive notification for the response though I enabled the option. However, I received a notification email once the case is locked.

Hi Jammie,

I still cannot access the link - it says, access denied.

I have only 1 account and I'm replying on the forum logged-in with that account.

However, I could see a private message from Michael_T1, handled my previous ticket and I cannot respond to it since it is locked. I don't see this thread in private messages.

Hi,

Forget it! I shall just let it go. You may close the case without resolution.

In the first place I don't understand why I was sent Chinese email and certificate, and noticed that there are so many cases registered for the same problem. I cannot understand why Microsoft kind of organization is into this kind of perennial issue and if its widely circulated problem it should have common knowledge base where people can refer and take actions (DIY) and not post queries here and wait for 24hrs to get a response which is not helpful either.

Lets not waste time here and do something more productive things. Good luck!
