Certificate not visible on Dashboard

HI:

I am not able to see my Certificate and even transcripts on the Dashboard.

Let me know how can I get access to those.

We understand that you are facing some issues to successfully access your Certification in your dashboard, we will be happy to assist you.

To do so, we initiated a Private Message where you will be able to share in a safe way the required information to verify your profile and proceed accordingly.

Through the information you have provided us, we were able to locate two Microsoft Certifications Profiles associated with your account. For that reason, you are unable to see your Certification. But, do not worry!

We are glad to inform you that we can unify them, so that, you will be able to have all your information and achievements in one place.

To do so, please use the Private Message we have initiated to let us know which MCID and email account you would like to keep.

We are very attentive to your response to proceed accordingly. If no response is received, we will proceed to close and lock the case after two business days.
