Certification AZ-900 avec Pearson Vue

I registered with Pearson Vue to take the Microsoft AZ-900 certification. I went through all the stages of registration and validation by the supervisor. But I couldn't access the exam window. after contacting my supervisor directly by chat, she confirmed to me that my session was launched but I was still unable to access my exam page. once the page was able to open, a dialog box was displayed saying that I had finished my exam and that I had to reschedule it 24 hours later. please can someone help me on how to appeal when you haven't even taken your test?
