To confirm if you have successfully registered the exam, you may sign in to the Certification dashboard using the email you have used and check under “Appointments.”
Also, you should receive an email confirmation with the details of the scheduled exam.
If you are unable to locate the email confirmation (you may check under junk/spam mail) and it is not showing in the dashboard, there’s a possibility that this was not successfully scheduled. Please contact the exam provider on with the information below.

In case you have received the email confirmation but it is not showing in the dashboard , please provide us with a set of PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until the page shows no appointments along with the information needed for us to locate and verify your profile via private message. Please also include a copy of your email confirmation for your scheduled exam.
