Certification for MS-100 and 101

Hi RibeiroAC,

To obtain Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification, is completing  Exam MS-100 and Exam MS-101 plus one pre-required certification from either one of the following below:

After passing the last exam required for any certification your transcript will be updated. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours for the system to recognize your new certification status.

I have a similar issue.

I want to obtain Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification

I have passed MS-100 and MS-101 already. 

If I obtained any one of the pre-required certifications after my MS-100 and MS-101 exam.

 Am I still able to get the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification?

Do I have to get a Pre-Required Certification before my MS-100 and MS-101 exams?

As for your question, regardless of the order of taking the requirements once completed you should be able to obtain the certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. As you mentioned you were able to complete MS-100 and 101 you just need to complete one certification from list below:

It is also important that your document or ID’s that you will be presenting during the exam will match on your Microsoft Certification profile.

In case there is no response received after 2 business days, the case will be closed and locked.

issue is getting worst, i got an email with the badged for MS-100, but everythink desapear  from my profile
