Based on your inquiry, we understand you want to merge your Certification Profiles from Certiport and MS Learn, so you can have all your certifications visible on Learn.
We require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates separately.
Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:
Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.
In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

This being confirmed, for the moment there are no actions pending from our end. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I understand the situation.
Let me ask another question: Imagine that for some reasons the Certiport and Microsoft Learn account can not be integrated for about a year. What about a renewal of certification? Is free assesment still will be possible?

Please note all certificates done via certiport are known as lifetime certificate so renewal is not available for them since they do not expire.
