Certification Not Received After Passing DP-600 Exam

Hi everyone,

I recently **removed** took the DP-600 exam in a exam center and received confirmation from Microsoft that I passed with a score of ***** upon my test completion. The exam center provided me with a print of the Performance by exam section, How Your Performance Compares to Those Who Have Taken this Exam etc. However, I haven’t yet received the official certification in my Microsoft Certification Dashboard or in my personal email that i scheduled the exam.

In the past, when I took the DP-900 exam in the same test center, I received my results and certification immediately after finishing the test at the exam center at the same time that I the received confirmation from Microsoft that I passed upon my test completion . This time, while I know my score and that I’ve passed the DP-600 exam, the certification has not yet appeared in my account.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation with delayed certification, and what steps did you take to resolve it?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
