Certification not showing at partner portal

Decembere 2019 I've achieved the Azure Solutions Architect Export exams. Within our partner portal my MCP account is associated with my work account, but when I look at the User Skills report it stats that for my account there are no certification records available. This problem is there sinds december 2019, so there should be enough time between certification and sync with the partner portal.

I have confirmed that your certification is showing in our end. But since you are trying to look for it at the Competency Report on the partner.microsoft.com page, please contact Microsoft Partner Support for further assistance.
