Hi
NickVan Landeghem,
Microsoft provides certificates per certification, rather than per exam. Each certification may include one or more exams. You can access or download the certificates after passing all the prerequisite examinations for that certification, not for the individual
exams which you passed.
Exam
MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services is a part of the prerequisite exams to obtain the
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification, along with Exam
MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.

Prior to completing the above-mentioned exams, you will need to acquire one of the following certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Prerequisites:
MD-100 /
MD-101
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
Prerequisites:
MS-300 /
MS-301
Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Prerequisites:
MS-500
Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
Prerequisites:
MS-203
MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert
Prerequisites:
70-345 /
70-339 /
70-333
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Prerequisites:
MS-700
After passing the last exam required for the above-mentioned certification, your MSCert profile will be updated, it may take up to 24 - 48 hours for the system to recognize
your new certification status. Only then will you be able to access or download your certificate.
If this solves your problem, please indicate
“Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked
after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please
post a new question.
All the best,
