Hello, I have the following question about certification pre-requisites:
If I take and pass the Microsoft SC-100 exam without having any of the pre-requisite certifications, am I still eligible to receive the MS Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification once I gain (at least one of) the pre-requisite certifications?
I asked Copilot this question and it told me:
Yes, you can take and pass the Microsoft SC-100 exam without having the prerequisite certifications. Once you pass the SC-100 exam, it will remain valid. You will be eligible to receive the Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification once you obtain at least one of the prerequisite certifications.
The prerequisite certifications include:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
3
Feel free to ask if you have any more questions about the certification process or exam preparation!
Please, I just wanted to make sure that what Copilot told me is correct :) Could you kindly confirm?
