Certification Profile - Legal Name change request

Hi devid,

Please help me to change my profile name.

I have scdhuled my az 104 exam today.

But there is miss match in last name asin  my gov id there is no last name but microsoft certification profile mandatory needs last name.

My exam is cancelled for the same reason and needs to scdhule it again with price .

Need help ASAP to reschedule my az 104 exam and do the certification.

Also i have raised the case **removed** with my account.
