When I try to schedule a certification exam, I just get a blank white screen on my "Certification Profile" page. How can I get this fixed? I would like to schedule an exam soon. the page is at https://examregistration.microsoft.com/

I tried calling you today with the scheduled time however, we are unable to reach you.

I appreciate your patience through the process.
We just received an update to our Support Team regarding your case. We have verified your details and can see that the state field was missing and this was issue. We have updated it now. Please try to use Microsoft Edge In Private mode and clear cache and cookies and then try again now.
