Certification profile was not found in Microsoft ilearn

I have completed my pl300 data analyst certificate for associate in power bi on *****

Rowdy I login to Microsoft I learn portal and go my profile and credentials in that it is showing error . certifications profile was not found for the below mentioned mail it is showing.how can I able to see my certificate and how can I download it .Please help me on this
