Certification Verification

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

As we understand from your post, you have achieved the Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 2019) Certification, but you did not receive the corresponding Badge. We are happy to help!

Please note that MOS (Microsoft Certified Specialist) Certificates, as well as any Certificate and Badge earned with Certiport, can only be accessed through their platform.

You can access your MOS Certificates through the Certiport platform by following the steps below: 

1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu. 

2. Select the Reports tab.

3. Click Print Certificates.

4. Select the program that you wish to print from the drop-down box or select Any Program.

5. Select the date range, you may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click Search.

6. All available certificates will be displayed. Check the box for the exams that you wish to print and click Print Certificates.

7. Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate.

Regardless of the Exam provider, all your achieved Certifications and completed Exams will be listed on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Learning dashboard. It may be used as proof of accreditation as well.
