Certification

Hello,


I recently passed the Microsoft 365 Administrator certification exam and have been trying to save my certificate. However, I have not yet received the badge, and I’m unsure why. Could you please let me know the status or if there’s anything I need to do on my end?

Exams are different from certifications. An expert level certification such as Microsoft 365 Administrator requires you to also hold other associate level certifications.

Just passing the MS-102 exam is not enough to earn the certification

To become a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, you must earn at least one of the following certifications:

Please note to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, you must meet two requirements: first, you must pass the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam with a score of 700 or higher which you already got, Congratulations! and second, Additionally, you would also need to obtain one of the following Certifications as prerequisites:

 

 

Please note you will get one of the above prerequisites, your Administrator Expert certification will automatically be reflected in your profile. If you do not have any prerequisite, you are unable to see you certificate to obtain your certificate first you must obtain any prerequisite mentioned.
