I completed the Microsoft AI-900 exam, I have the certificate through certiport but it still isn't showing up on my Microsoft learn, how can I fix this?

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.
We understand that you want to visualize your Certiport Certification on Microsoft Learn portal.
Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.
Please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript.
Thank you in advance for your understanding. If there is anything that we can do for you, let us know. If we do not receive a response after one business day, the case will be closed and locked.
