Based on your inquiry, we understand that you passed your Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals with Certiport but the certificate is not available in your certification profile. We are happy to help you.
We want to let you know that since the certification Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals was obtained through Certiport, to get your certificate it is necessary to access via Certiport system.
We understand how important it is to receive your certificate Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals posted in your certification profile to visualize it ; however, we require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates.
Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:
“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.
In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
