Certiport exam not showing up in my Microsoft account (under Transcript section)

Hi Team,


I have completed the AZ-900 certification on **** from Certiport Account. But till date its not visible under transcript/certification section of my Microsoft account.


Kindly help here.

We understand you want to Merge (Associate) your Microsoft Account and will be happy to assist you as soon as we can.

 

Remember, badgescertifications and score report can only be accessed through Certiport account. In this case you need to log in to your Certiport profile in order to obtain your Badge since we don’t have access to their system. If you do not have these credentials anymore please contact Certiport for assistance.

 

In this case, since you took and passed the exam through Certiport’s page, you will need to login to your Certiport account. Please be advised that all badges that were earned through Certiport will not be visible in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard page.

 

For exams that were taken thru Certiport, you need to contact Certiport Support for your Certification Badge.

Please know that when it comes to a MOS (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Certification, you may download it, along with the Badge, through Certiport’s page.

Hi,

Yes would like to merge, so that my AZ-900 certification (which i have completed from Certiport) completion details will be visible under Microsoft Account.

I am using same email for both Certiport and Microsoft Account replied in private message. however Certiport ID for login is different.

To validate information, via private message. To proceed your account need to be Migrated. This process will help us to show your certificates and associate your account.

Remember to make the process well, in Step 3 you have to Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your Emails address.

 

To continue with this process, please follow these steps:

1.    Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

2.    Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3.    Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your email address (if you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here).

4.    If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.

5.    After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

7.    After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website, please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code.

8.    Fill in the fields with the following information:  

o    MCID: 

o    Access Code:
