When I want to change the email address of my certification account from ************** to ************** , the system gives me: 50040: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.
I want to make ************** my certification profile holding my certificates and progress. And via Partner Center (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/pc/Users/MyAccount) I can link it to my company.
