Change badge name on Credly

Basically, I tried requesting this with Credly but apparently Microsoft and Credly policies have changed and they are not allowed to do this anymore. I wanted to change my badge name on the below bit where its black circled So it doesn't show in public my full name where it includes my middle name too. I just wanted it to be First and last name to make it shorter.


Credly did this before for me with my 2 other certificates but unfortunately they can't do it anymore, they said only Microsoft can change this now. Is this something anyone can help or direct me to the right people who can?


I don't want the certification name to be officially changed just on the badge bit from Credly so the public doesn't see my full name.

This question has already been posted before by me but it was not resolved, so I am posting it again.

I don't want to fill out this Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request Form as it will change my overall name completely on my certification. It's just on the credly badge page.

We understand that you need to modify the name showing in your Badges. 

  

Please know that names are organized in three boxes, first, middle and last name. Credly only takes first and last. If you see your full name on the Badge, it is because your middle name is in the first name box. However, if you have two last names, both will show, as there is only one box for family names.

 

Please keep in mind this information when filling the form.

 

To proceed with your request, please fill in this form: Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request Form and share with us your Ticket ID via Private Message. You can access on the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below: 

 

 

  

To get your name correctly updated, we suggest you fill out fields 1 and 2 as follows: 

  

Field 1: Please field it out exactly how you see it in your MC Profile. 

  

First Name: ***** - Middle Name: ****** - Last Name: ***** 

  

Field 2: Please field it out exactly how your name is shown in your issued ID. 

  

First Name: ***** - Middle Name: ***** - Last Name: ****** 

  

Once you receive an update from the Legal Name Change department, please let us know to see if everything was solved.  

  

Please make sure to clearly explain your situation so the Team can provide accurate assistance. 

  

We appreciate your patience and collaboration, and we will be waiting for your comments. If no response is provided, we will proceed to close and lock this case within two business days.
