Lately found out that I cannot take an exam using my work laptop, Can I reschedule it on an exam center instead? I do not have options to change but to change the dates.
Change certification from Online to a Exam Center

As I’ve check on your request, I found that once the exam has been scheduled online, the appointment needs to be cancelled first so you can schedule the exam at a testing center as the rescheduling option is applicable for modification the appointment’s time and date only.
To proceed in changing your exam from onsite to online, please follow the steps below:
Please make sure that you sign in using your Personal Microsoft Account on the Learn profile and go to drop down menu in the photo avatar.
Select Certifications in the profile menu.
Then you will only need to browse the exam and follow the on-screen steps and make sure to choose “At a test center” option. See the image below:
Once registered, your appointment will appear in your Lean profile under Certifications.
On the other hand, you may also reach out to the exam delivery providers as they have the visibility of the available seats of your preferred time and date and can arrange this on your behalf. Below are their contact details depending on where you would like to take the exam:
