Change email address for ESI portal

Hi, I need to change the work email address so that it is the same as the sign in email address I used for the ESI portal, how do I do this please?

As we understand from your post, you want to change the email address associated to your Certification profile to the same used for the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI)We are happy to help you with this inquiry.

We have started a Private Message where we have requested some Private Information related to your account. Please find de access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

 

Once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates about your case.

As we understand, you want to unlink your Microsoft’s Certifications profile with to your Partner Center account. We reviewed the information provided by you and we want you to know that we were unable to find any Account under your name with Microsoft's Certification Profile. 

In this case , we would like to confirm that if the issue is related to your organization and the Partner Network, we have a Specialized Team. You can contact them by clicking on this link: Partner Center (microsoft.com). You can also reach this Team by dialing their direct phone number: 1 800 6767658.

We can happily collaborate to review your Exams and Certifications. However, for Partner Network related inquiries, please contact the Partner Center, or the licensing admin within your organization.

After the revision of the Email provided by you in the Private Message, we want you to know that we found your Microsoft's Certification Profile under your name, but we cannot change the Email that you use in the  Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) because is not a case related with Your dashboard.

In this case, we can give you the option to start an Email change in Microsoft's Certification Profile, but this is not going to affect your information in the platform mentioned before. 

Please let us know if you want to  continue with this procedure or if you prefer to reach Partner CenterIf we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and concluded after two business days.
