Change email on Certification Profile

I would like to change the email on my certification profile. however I did not see any option to do so.

To change the email address associated with your Microsoft Certification profile, you will need to go through the following steps:

  1. Visit the Microsoft Certification Dashboard: Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard by visiting the following website: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/dashboard.

  2. Sign In: Sign in to your Microsoft Certification profile using the email address and password currently associated with your account.

  3. Access Your Profile: After signing in, you will be on your certification dashboard. Click on your profile name or picture to access your profile settings.

  4. Update Your Email Address: Look for an option to update your email address. The location of this option may vary based on the current layout of the Certification Dashboard. It might be in your account settings, personal information, or a similar section.

  5. Follow the Prompts: Microsoft typically provides step-by-step instructions to update your email address. Follow these prompts to enter and verify your new email address.

  6. Verification: You may be required to verify the new email address through a confirmation link sent to the new email. Check your new email inbox for this confirmation link and click on it.

  7. Confirm the Change: Once you've confirmed the change via the link in your email, your new email address should be associated with your Microsoft Certification profile.

  8. Update Communication Preferences (Optional): Make sure to update your communication preferences if you want to receive certification-related emails at your new email address.

The link you provided is not valid. Receive a 404 error. I was able to reset my access code from a different page, but cannot receive the new code as the email address on my profile is no longer valid and the company no longer exists.
