Based on your inquiry, we understand that you need to change the account associated with your Learn Profile. We will gladly assist.
In this case, you can add a Personal Microsoft Account to your Learn Profile in order to change the Work Account that you currently use without losing access in the process. (Take into account that your Learn Profile can be associated with only one Personal Microsoft Account and up to five Work or School Accounts). To perform this process, please follow the next steps:
Sign into your Learn Profile.
Select the profile icon in the top, right corner.
Select Settings.
Under Account Management, select Add account.
Sign in using the account provided.
You can remove also accounts by clicking on the button "Remove" on the right side of the screen.

Please be advised that Microsoft Certification Program handles inquiry related to Microsoft Certification Profiles, certificates and Exams that are being taken from the Learning Site and is different from MS Learn who handles courses, modules and labs for an exam.
