Change of name

Hi Tan,

Updating the legal name on your certification profile will also update all the names on your certificates and transcript.

To help you in updating your legal name, please fill out the Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request form and verify your identity by providing three (3) pieces of personal information that match what's on your Microsoft Certification Profile.

Once this information is verified, your name will be updated in 24-48 business hours. 

After completing the form, please send the Support Request Number through the private message I initiated to make sure that your case will be prioritized. (please see image below):

I have confirmed that changes were applied to your profile as requested. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the testing centers to recognize the changes.

Changes on the name has been sent to the private message for your reference.

You may verify the changes in your Microsoft Certification Dashboard by signing in using your Microsoft account and password.
