For changes with the booked exam on your profile you have contact the exam provider directly. As they have the access to reschedule the exam and check if you can use the same voucher. However, since you would like to change the scheduled exam, you may request for a cancellation and scheduled the correct one.
You may also see the terms and conditions of the exam discount you have attended regarding the cancellation and reschedule policy.
