change the personal account (MSA) associated with your Certification profile

I have an exam scheduled in pearsonview. I received it to my work email but the exam is somehow linked to my personal email.
I need help aligning them. exam needs to be rescheduled and it takes place in 5 days.

I appreciate you reaching out to us for further assistance regarding your scheduled exam. I understand the importance of rescheduling your exam for your preferred date and time so you can prepare well. Rest assured the I will provide the needed information.

If you received your exam appointment email confirmation to your work email, this means that your work email address is the primary/ registered email address (where you are receiving Microsoft NOTIFICATIONS) associated to your Certification profile. 

 

Moroever, the reason why your exam is also linked to your personal email is because personal Microsoft accounts is typically used for login to Certification profile.

 

Meanwhile, if you want to change the sign in email associated to your Certification profile, please provide the requested information to the private message I have initiated so that I can disassociate the current log in email connected to your profile and generate a new Access code for you that you can use to link your preferred one. 

Note: In line with Reschedule and cancellation, please know that it must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, or the fee will be forfeited. To reschedule your exam, please refer to our Reschedule and cancellation  page and please be advised that when you reschedule an exam, you should receive a confirmation email if it's successful.

Furthermore, for immediate assistance is needed in rescheduling your exam, kindly reach out to the Pearson VUE support team as they are responsible for supporting assistance with the status of your exam and they are the one who can modify and have visibility for the available slots/dates. However, if you utilized a company discount on your exam, kindly reach out to the  ESI support team as they are best equipped with options to help you further regarding your exam status and can work with Pearson VUE on your behalf so they can offer additional guidance on how to proceed with your exam using the company discount. I have provided their direct contact details to the private message I initiated. Kindly use your work email address when creating a ticket with them:(They usually respond within 3-5 business days. )
