Hi, Denis.

Thank you for sharing the information requested through Private Message.

After thorough research, we were unable to find a Certification Profile matching the information that you provided us with.

To create a Certification Profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Clear cookies and cache from your browser, then restart your browser.

  2. Open your browser using InPrivate or Incognito mode and sign into your Learning dashboard using your personal Microsoft account (MSA).

  3. From your Learn profile dashboard, go to the "Credentials" tab (click on user icon > Profile > Credentials).

  4. On this section, select "Certifications" and click on: Browse certifications and exams.

  5. Find the exam you are interested in taking, scroll down, and select "Schedule exam."

  6. You will be taken to the Exam registration page, where you will be asked to enter your details.

  7. After you have entered your information, click on "Save & continue."

  8. If you do not wish to schedule an Exam yet, you can quit the page after filling in your information and clicking the "Save & continue" button, your details will be saved.

  9. To confirm that your Certification Profile has been created, close and restart your browser, and try to schedule an Exam again using InPrivate or Incognito mode, this should display your newly created MCID, and the account associated at the upper right corner of the screen.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you, or if you run into any trouble. We will be happy to help.

We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.

Best regards,
