I have an exam scheduled for 10.15 today. I booked it a week ago and tested my system then. Again I tested my laptop and 2 others and I received a Your network does not meet the requirements to take an exam response with the following error:

Internet speed results and requirements:

Your download speed meets the minimum requirements.

Network ping results and requirements:

  • We were able to ping and reach all URLs needed for delivery.

Video streaming connection results and requirements:

  • Your home/office network failed to connect to the required video streaming service.

  • The streaming connection requires that Wowza.com can be reached as well as a stable connection of at least 1mb upload and download speeds.

How to connect to our video streaming service:

  • Contact your network administrators and ensure the following:

    • Any network filtering software is disabled

    • WebRTC WebSocket connections must be allowed to *.*.cloud.wowza.com on TCP port 80, 443, 1935.

I have checked my router. Please advise.

I understand that you have encountered technical issues while running system tests for your AZ-900 exam. I apologize for the inconvenience but let me be of help by pointing you to the correct Support Team who is specialized in your concern. 

 

Please be informed that we have received an update from our Support team, Pearson VUE confirmed that there was an issue encountered for the OnVue app.  In order to address this, you will need to file an incident report at your exam delivery provider that includes the details of what you have experienced in order for them to take action. 

 

They can also provide you with assistance with rescheduling as they have the ability to check for the available appointment date/slot. 

 

You may create a ticket at https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact    

 

One of their support team members will contact you and kindly expect a little delay in their response due to Covid-19 pandemic. It may take longer than usual (3-5 business days) 

 

Furthermore, the team you have reached is the Microsoft Certification Exams team that handles concerns about Microsoft events/discounts, and Learning Profile benefits and access
