Company/Employee Exam Discount

I work for an organization who happens to be Microsoft customer, and I would like to claim the company/employee discount while registering for MB-335 exam, please advise on how I can get the voucher/promotion code since there is no option to direct avail the company/employee discount without entering the voucher/promotion code in the Checkout page.

To claim your employee exam discount offered through your company, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Learn Profile using your personal MSA.
2. Enter your work email when prompted.
3. Link your work account. This only needs to be done once.


4. Any future discounts available to you with that account will be automatically shown on the checkout page.

Meanwhile, here are a few steps you can take to obtain the voucher/promotion code from your organization:

  1. Reach out to your organization's representative to inquire about any available Microsoft exam vouchers or promotion codes, they might also be able to assist you in obtaining the code.

  2. Once you have the voucher/promotion code, you can enter it in the designated field on the Checkout page when registering for the exam.

Furthermore, you may also reach out to the ESI support team as they can provide you with accurate information and further guidance with availing yourself of your company discounts. I have sent their contact details through the private message and kindly ensure to use your work email when creating a case with them.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm yet to apply for the exam because my company IT team are unable to provide me with the company discount voucher.

I would appreciate it if you could advise on other ways to avail the company/employee discount voucher.

I have also linked my company email address / Microsoft account to my personal MSA but unable to avail the company/employee discount.

Please confirm with your organization representative if your company is affiliated with the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI). If it is, you can reach out to the ESI support team for guidance on how to avail yourself of the company discounts. I have sent their contact details along with the requested details to locate your account through the private message I initiated.

Meanwhile, since you have linked your work email, please know that all discounts will be reflected on the checkout page. You may attempt booking an exam to see if the discount is applied to the exam.
