Hello Varun.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

As we understand you have completed a Microsoft Learn Course as a self-paced course and have not been able to view the achievement on your profile.

Please note that we do not grant any course badge for just completing the study guide. The only time we award a course badge is if a user participates in an instructor led training course where the instructor gives their students a code to redeem for the badge.

As much as Microsoft Certification Program would like to assist you with this situation, inquiries regarding Learn Material are being supported by MS Learn support. You can reach out Microsoft Learn through this troubleshooting guide or provide specific feedback to Microsoft Learn by reporting an issue.

As our support scope is limited to Certifications, and our access to the Learn Platform is very limited, we kindly recommend you to contact the MS Learn team so they can help you with this matter.

You can easily contact the MS Learn team the link below: Microsoft Learn support - Troubleshooting known issues | Microsoft Docs.

Microsoft Certification Program handles inquiry related to Microsoft Certification Profiles, certificates and Exams that are being taken from the Learning Site and is different from MS Learn who offer assistance with courses, modules and labs for an exam.

Also, you could try to contact the course provider regarding this matter, or try to recover the access to the account associated. To that effect, you can contact the Microsoft Account Support team:

If you have another question or require assistance regarding Certifications or Certification Profile, do not hesitate to let us know. If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.

Best wishes always,

Nicole Rendon.
