Completed Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge, email says I didn't

I completed the 'Microsoft Ignite Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin Challenge' modules an hour before the deadline for the event, but I recently recieved an email stating that I did not earn a free Microsoft Certification exam despite this. As I did complete the modules but close to the deadline I expect this caused an error, however there was an hour left on the countdown page and no indication that this countdown was inaccurate. This page currently incorrectly states I completed only 3 of the modules. 

As I knew the information on this page was incorrect once I had finished the modules I thankfully took a screenshot of my page showing that I completed all of the challenges within the timeframe (you can see my date and time in the bottom right corner of the screen):

Can this please be rectified in order to recieve the examination voucher for this challenge? FYI I completed the modules using the email address associated with this account (the one I'm posted with).

If you have successfully completed an Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge but have not received your mail or it shows incomplete, please contact Microsoft Ignite CSC Help at IgniteCSCHelp@microsoft.com and provide the following information.

  • Your Learn User Name (you may retrieve this from your Learn profile, or copy and paste it from this link)

  • The email address at which you wish to receive your redemption instructions

  • screenshot of your completed Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge Leaderboard (example below).

 

You will be added as an eligible customer and will receive your free exam redemption link within the following week.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question. If your inquiry was not fully resolved, please post a new question so we may continue in assisting you. This case will now be closed and locked.
